Word Finder Workout

This 40 minute workout is great fun! In the video attached, I walk you through the warmup and the exercises but YOU get to choose your words!



You can also do this workout at home without the video.


Instructions:


Using the grid (you can download the PDF at the bottom of this page), find as many words as you can in 1 minute. Then, perform the exercises that correspond to that letter to form your words! E.G. "LIE" = skaters, pushups, squats.


Choose 8 or 10 reps. Once you have spelled out your word you get a point and move on to the next word. If you only find 1 or 2 words, keep repeating them until the round is over.


6 minute rounds (plus 1 minute rest/finding words between rounds)

Round 1: 3 letter words

Round 2: 4-5 letter words

Round 3: 5+ letter words
