About the Event
Bootcamp sessions are all about pushing your limits and having a great time!
- Circuit, obstacle course, game, weights, bodyweight, cardio & more styles of class
- Utilising a massive range of equipment including hand weights, kettlebells, slam balls, medicine balls, plyo boxes, ropes, steps, resistance bands and more
- Run by a fitness trainer with over 10 years' experience
- Suitable for all fitness levels
Strong Nation STRONG30 classes are designed to suit all abilities:
- 30 minute, full body workout designed to make you SWEAT!
- Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes
- Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
- Three levels of intensity for each movement to make sure that everyone is able to get the most out of their workout!
And introducing a brand new class type: BEATS classes!
- 30 minute workouts timed to great music
- Something different each week
- Class types include STRONG30, boxing, step, bodyweight & lightweight classes
- Modifications for each workout to suit beginners to advanced
