Come & try a FREE Strong Nation STRONG30 (30 minute) session!
Run by Jaymee Ellis, a seasoned fitness instructor with over 10 years' coaching experience, this HIIT workout will get the blood pumping.
Strong Nation classes are designed to suit all abilities:
💪 30 minute, full body workout designed to make you SWEAT!
💪 Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes
💪 Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
💪 Three levels of intensity for each movement to make sure that everyone is able to get the most out of their workout!
